This eight page mobile friendly ebooklet is a step-by-step tutorial which shows the reader how I paint this simple tree on a hill. It’s done in a loose, impressionistic style, and I talk about brushstrokes, detailed instructions for mixing colors, and the layered steps of this painting. I also give 11 views of the painting as it progresses, and a materials list at the end of the booklet.

This is a perfect project sheet for your own painting event, or to use as a lesson plan in your own easy painting class. The focus is not so much in-depth learning of painting process and thinking, but having fun with a simple subject to see if you like landscape painting!
